At Colling Media, Account Managers are ultimately responsible for keeping clients and keeping them happy. Our Account Managers are the main point of client contact and are tasked with ensuring that the agency meets and exceeds the client’s objectives and hits key performance indicators. Clients want results, and our Account Managers make that happen. Responsibilities include:
Manage client expectations against agency deliverables
Run client meetings to review campaigns and ensure optimal results
Strategize with internal delivery teams to improve results
Present new ideas to clients
Be an expert in our client’s industries
Nurture and grow client relationships
