Paid Search Specialist

We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to manage pay-per-click (PPC) marketing campaigns for our agency.

The Paid Search Specialist will manage paid search campaigns on Google and Bing, as well as other search and display marketing engines. A successful Paid Search Specialist will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with other performance marketing team members in order to maximize ROI, and drive traffic for clients. Applicant must be willing to learn, grow and be trained on the Colling Media way of executing paid search campaigns.


  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives
  • Manage campaign budget pacing, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Optimize ad copy and landing pages for paid search marketing campaigns
  • Research and analyze competitor information
  • Research and analyze competitor information
  • Strategize and execute paid search management from build-out to launch including ongoing optimization
  • Plan optimizations, run experiments, collect & analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to meet/exceed client goals and KPIs in paid search, display, YouTube
  • Perform ongoing optimizations including keyword and search term review, campaign expansion, utilization of smart bidding
  • Requirements:

  • PPC experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, and Bing
  • Versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in paid search
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating PPC reports
  • 1-2 years of paid search experience
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • BS degree in Marketing, a quantitative, test-driven field or related field
