Interactive Brand of the Year

Client: Midwest Technical Institute

Colling Media partnered with Knight Transportation to optimize their Flatbed paid search campaign on Google Ads, using AI-powered search ads and Smart Bidding to generate leads for flatbed semi-driving positions. This strategic approach resulted in an 80% year-over-year increase in lead volume and a 34% decrease in cost-per-hire, focusing on high-quality conversions and value-based bidding.
